I managed to work this into my morning routing of taking the ticture in the morning before I have coffee. Then try and remember to take the capsules later in the day. I do notice an improvment in myself. I'm sure if I could remember my afternoon doses on a regular basis I might feel much better. But I have not taken any pain meds at all since taking the life tones! This is a blessing!

If you have gout pain, this is what you need to take. I had pain for about a week . I got my first bottle and within minute of taking this, pain was gone and when I got up the next morning the swelling was gone. The first bottle I took three time a day with about 50 to 60 ounces of water a day. I did buy a 2nd bottle and take it two time a day, also drinking the water. I been gout free for over a month so far and planning on staying that way

I developed gout around 4 years ago so I was placed on Alopurinol which helped. but I was still getting attacks about every 2 weeks on medication. As anyone who suffers with gout knows, it is debilitating when one is having an attack. I can only stay in bed until it clears up which takes around 4-5 days. Gout is so painful you can not stand to have even a sheet touch that toe. In June of 2019 I started taking Lifetones uric acid support. I still continued taking my Alopurinol with my Lifetones and I am happy to say I have not had one single attack since starting Lifetones. Two months ago, I starting taking my Alopurinol every other day instead of daily. I have not had an attack yet. My goal is to get off Alopurinol completely. I will keep you posted.

Honestly I was going to give up on searching for a product to heal my joint pain in my hands and knees until my chiropractor told me about Lifetones. I started taking the liquid. At first, many of my joints hurt, elbows, shoulders, knees, apparently the gout was leaving the joints? Even though I had never really had any pain in those areas. The joints in my fingers usually hurts but once I started drinking this product, the pain went away. A week ago I drank a little too much alcohol during the weekend and I started to feel around the back of my left fibula starting to inflame. I just drank this product regularly and it prevented having an inflammation. I would definitely purchase more of it once I run out. I’m glad I found out about this product. The only thing is the taste. You can really taste the celery flavor. I just mixed it with some vitamin or dehydration drinks and it’s actually not too bad. If you don’t like the flavor, pick your battle… deal with the pain of inflammation or tolerate the flavor of celery.

I have had issues with gout in the past, but after diet and exercise changes the flare ups went away. I started the Keto diet late last year to lose some pounds, within a month my weight loss was incredible but I started having gout flare ups every other week. I'm a 61-year-old female and deal with recurrent gout, with flare-ups coming sometimes 2-3 weeks apart. Lately, gout has been affecting my hands (I spend 8+ hours on a computer keyboard, so OUCH), but I've also had it in my ankles and hip at other times. Typically, I would take Colchicine at the start of any flareup, but when I asked for a prescription renewal at the beginning of January 2021, the pharmacist called my doctor and recommended that I not take it due to other health conditions or drug interactions. With that recommendation, my doctor prescribed Alupurinol, saying that if I have another flareup that she can put me on a course of steroids. As you may know, steroids lower your immune response (hello, COVID-19), so there's a big "no, thank you" to that option. Also, a significant side effect of Alupurinol says it can bring on new attacks. I can't afford for that to happen. I have to work and have to be able to walk. Lifetones ads have been showing up on my Facebook feed for a while, and these events made the decision to purchase Lifetones' Uric Acid Support an easy one. It has been one month and I've not had another gout flareup since I started taking my 30 drops every morning. Today I'm starting a second, evening dose. Maybe things will get even better! So far, Lifetones Uric Acid Support is working well for me!
