What is the difference between the tincture and the capsules?

They contain the same 7 herbs. The tincture is a liquid you add to a drink and has a strong herbal taste. The capsules have no taste and are easy to travel with. Compare them.

What is in Lifetones Uric Acid Support?

Celery seed, nettle, birch, alfalfa, white willow, devil's claw and boswellia. It is vegan, sugar free, gluten free, GMO free and soy free, and it contains no tart cherry. Full ingredient guide.

What is in Energy & Adrenal Support?

Ashwagandha root, stinging nettle, Siberian eleuthero root and fo-ti root, in a 1000mg blend per serving.

Where is Lifetones made?

Lifetones is made in the USA. The original formula was developed in South Africa by phytotherapist Vincent Tones.

Taking Lifetones

How do I take the tincture?

A serving is 30 drops (about 2.5 ml) in water, juice or iced tea. Follow the directions on your bottle's label. How to take Lifetones.

How do I take the capsules?

A serving is 2 capsules with a full glass of water. Follow the directions on your bottle's label.

How long does it take to work?

Everyone is different. Lifetones is a daily supplement, so we suggest taking it every day for at least 30 days before you decide. More on timing.

Can I take Lifetones with my medication?

Can I take Uric Acid Support and Energy & Adrenal Support together?

Yes, many customers take both. They are separate formulas. If you take medication, check with your doctor first.

Can I take Lifetones while pregnant or nursing?

No. Do not take Lifetones while pregnant or nursing. Lifetones is not for children.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day from DeLand, Florida. Most arrive in 3 to 7 days. You get a tracking email when your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We ship within the United States only.
