Your add is a bit deceptive saying a bottle of 60 pills is a month supply when the instructions on the bottle do confirm that, the bottle also says at first you may have to take 2 capsules up to 3 times dailt to achieve desired results. I have osteoarthritis in 2 ankles I broke badly in 1983 on a malfunction on a building BASE jump. If I do at least 4 pills daily it seems to help some but not as much as I hoped.
