3 Quick and Easy Workouts, Under 30 Minutes

Can't manage to take time out of your day for long focused workouts? But, don't want to completely give up on your workout regime either? Here are some quick and easy 30-minute workouts that can easily fit into any busy schedule. And the best part? You need almost no equipment with these workouts. 

So, if you struggle to take time out of your day to go to the gym, fret not, and check out these workouts instead:

Workout #1
Workout 1

  • 30 seconds of box squats
  • 30 seconds of jump squats
  • 30 seconds of planks
  • 50 seconds of mountain climbers
  • 50 seconds of burpees
  • 30 seconds of hip dips
  • 30 seconds of hip bridges
Repeat this circuit 3-5 times and rest for at least 10 seconds between each exercise and for at least 1 minute between each circuit. 

    Workout #2
    Workout 2

    • Warm up of your choice for 5 minutes
    • 30 seconds of burpees
    • 60 seconds of rest
    • 30 seconds of star jumps
    • 60 seconds of rest
    • 30 seconds of Russian twists
    • 60 seconds of rest
    • 30 seconds of jumping jacks
    • 60 seconds of rest
    • 60 seconds of mountain climbers
    • 60 seconds of rest
    Cool down for 5 minutes between each circuit, and repeat the circuit 3 times.

      • 10 sumo squats
      • 20 rows
      • 40 ab bicycles
      • 24 lunges
      • 15 sit ups
      • 30 leg raises
      • 10 seated rows
      • 25 pushups
      • 60 second plank

      Repeat each set at least 3 times.
