In honor of American Heart Month, today, I'm spreading the love with 4 heart-healthy recipes - because what better way to show some love to ourselves than by fueling our bodies with goodness?

So, let's dive into four fantastic recipes that not only taste great but also keep our tickers in top-notch shape!

🍓 1. Berrylicious Heart Delight

  1. Mix berries and Greek yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle honey on top.
  3. Sprinkle chopped nuts for that extra crunch.
