1. Baked Apple Chips 🍎

Craving a crunchy snack that’s still on the healthy side? Baked apple chips are perfect for that. Thinly slice your apples, sprinkle them with a little cinnamon, and bake them low and slow until they’re crispy. They make for a fantastic snack that you can enjoy anytime without the guilt.

  2. Slice apples thinly, about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Arrange slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon (and a pinch of nutmeg if you like).
  5. Bake for 2-3 hours, flipping halfway through, until crisp.

    2. Warm Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal 🍲

Start your chilly fall mornings off right with a bowl of warm apple cinnamon oatmeal. Dice up some apples and cook them with your oats, a dash of cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. The apples soften as they cook, creating a naturally sweet and satisfying breakfast.

    • 2 cups water or milk (or a mix of both)
    • 1 apple, diced
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • Honey or maple syrup, to taste

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the oats with water or milk over medium heat.
    2. Add the diced apple and cinnamon.
    3. Stir occasionally until the oats are creamy and the apples are soft.
    4. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste.
