I have been taking this 2 to 3 times a day for about 3 weeks. The taste in water is very mild. At this point, I have not noticed any of the joyous improvements that others seem to have. I will go through two bottles and if there is no noticeable change, I will discontinue. I�m glad it works for some!

I'm not one to write reviews, however I really think these 2 products work! As one who suffers from Fibromyalgia, I've noticed significant relief from diet changes. I pretty much just eat protein, fruits, and veggies. I did continue to have joint inflammation, especially in my hands. I also continued to have chronic fatigue. Taking this combo, I've noticed I no longer have pain and swelling in my hands and I'm not quite so tired! I think it's working!

I've suffered from Fibro for the past 39 years and have gone through a spell for the past month of severe muscle pain, tightness, and daily headaches. I've dreaded the thought of getting back on Lyrica. I am active, exercise several times weekly, but have truly struggled recently. I do feel a difference like I said, but I made dietary changes at the same time. I plan to keep taking it. I would line to know since this takes away the crystallized uric acid that is damaging the cartilage, I would like something that repairs/helps build new healthy cartilage as well.
