i have had knee pain and weakness, getting progressively worse, for 2 and a half years now. Been having problems with gout for awhile., But the last three months I couldn�t get rid of it. I have suffered with gout and high Uric Acid levels all my life. As I got older my symptoms got worse. Over the last year I was in constant pain through my whole body. This stuff don't do a dam thing for you. They said you read everything the seller that to say about it and you beliven them. You only feel less pain cause you been watching what you eat and resting and taking the pill that the doctor gave you t your last time seeing him. I tried many over the counter sleep aids with little to no luck. I end up rolling around in bed restless and unable to fall asleep. I ordered this and was taking it until I did some checking on it and it said that it has alcohol in it. The nutrients In this product are extracted using 50%v/v ethanol. I stopped taking it because of the ethanol. I would like to know if it would hurt me or not?

I've tried some other sleep aides in the past and never felt much of a difference, so I was skeptical. Figured I'd give it a try and just return it if it didn't work, but I could already tell a difference just after the first night. I just started taking LifeTones a few days ago. Before I was just coming off a gout attack and I could still feel the stiff toe and redness that seem to linger. Since taking LIfeTones I have noticed the redness gone, and the toes returning to normal. There is a smell associated with uric acid and that is gone too. I do have one question. After the gout is gone, and the symptoms subside should you immediately reduce the dosage to a once daily routine? Right now I notice no problems and although in years past I had light cases of gout and wasn't even sure it was that, this last attack was truly a gout attack, so I figure I will need to stay aware of it returning. I think this stuff works. I think it helps remove the uric acid from the body. But don't know if I should cut back and use once daily or continue it for a while. I think the box says use it for 30 days then cut back to once a day. However if cutting back too soon might bring on another attack I don't know. Obviously this is routine that should be continued as long as there are symptoms. Whenever a natural remedy comes out, I like to try it, as I think natural medicine is much better on the body than the prescription drugs that can have other effects. I do recommend this treatment to anyone who suddenly finds themselves in a full blown gout attack. I suppose Gout won't kill you, but it can make life much harder and miserable. So I want to make it a routine thing to keep the acid down. It says it helps joint pain. And I have noticed a bit of relief int hat area. That was another reason I wanted to try this product. I'd advise anyone with this pain to try it.

I have been miserable with a gout attack in my fingers and big toe. My dr put me on steroids which did nothing to help the attack. Lifetones has worked best along with Edson salt soaks. Once the inflammation is down I plan to take this daily to avoid future attacks.

So far my husband has been taking your product for over a month and knock on wood he has not had a gout attack!! I feel it's working so we will see what happens this month. I just ordered 3 more bottles!! One thing I don't like is the little cup type spoon. I liked the measuring spoon that looked like a spoon and had the fill line on it. Is it possible to get that spoon sent to me because i threw out the one his first bottle came with. Much easier and faster then counting 30 drops.

This product has decreased my anxiety level dramatically. For the first time in over 10 years I was able to leave the house without needing medication. It also eliminated the crystals that formed in my eyes while sleeping & caused severe pain. Not sure it can cure all of my long term problems but I�m thankful for these improvements. After just my first day of 3 doses, I felt improvement in my pain. My flexibility also improved as I continued with 2 doses a day through almost 3 weeks now. I was getting gout very often and severe. The colchicine I would take for gout was not clearing it up for me any longer. I have had gout on and off for 40 years.
